Hi friends! Happy Friday! What are you up to? I\u2019m here in Ft. Lauderdale for the Reimagining Health Summit. It\u2019s GORGEOUS here and it\u2019s been so fun to catch up with IHP friends<\/a>. Made these Butcher Box steak tips<\/a> with butternut squash and salad.. and Maisey ended up eating a ton of the girls\u2019 steak that they left on their plates while we were upstairs. Apparently she was a fan, and she slept like a baby that night haha.<\/p>\n

This Instant Pot chicken tortilla soup.<\/a> It was the perfect fall sports night meal. When we got home from basketball, I added chips to a bowl, shredded the chicken and added it back to the pot, and then served it up topped with avocado, cilantro and lime juice. So easy and good!<\/p>\n
