How are you and how\u2019s the week going? It\u2019s been a great one over here. I\u2019ve been doing some <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessista.com\/type-cardio-strength-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener follow noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">cardio after my strength training<\/a> to keep up. And this is exactly why I need a good meal when I get home.<\/p>\n<p>For today\u2019s post, I wanted to share some quick and easy recipes that would be perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, or a lazy Sunday. I\u2019ve gone back to making quick meals on Sundays and it\u2019s been such a treat to eat something at home that didn\u2019t take a couple of hours to make.<\/p>\n<p>I rounded up 9 quick and easy dinner *recipes* (just throw-together meals!) perfect for those cozy Sunday nights when you\u2019d rather relax than cook up a storm. For us, the rest of the week is equally fast around here\u2026 but I had to title this post appropriately for The Man (aka Google).<\/p>\n<p>Here are some of our go-to\u2019s:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"lazy sunday dinner ideas.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/yorbestlife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/lazy-sunday-dinner-ideas.jpg\" alt=\"Lazy sunday dinner ideas.\" width=\"600\" height=\"783\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">Lazy Sunday Dinner Ideas<\/h2>\n<h3>Chicken Alfredo Pasta<\/h3>\n<p>Creamy, comforting, and oh-so-delicious, this Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a family favorite that comes together in no time.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Pasta of your choice<\/li>\n<li>Chicken breasts<\/li>\n<li>Alfredo sauce<\/li>\n<li>Garlic<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Instructions:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook pasta according to package instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate pan, heat Alfredo sauce and minced garlic.<\/li>\n<li>Combine cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and Alfredo sauce.
