I\u2019m seriously loving our new Air Doctor<\/a> situation. The air in our house feels fresh and clean, and it\u2019s wild to see what the filter is picking up. I wish we would have gotten them sooner!<\/p>\n

A new air fryer.<\/a> You guys know I\u2019ve been on the hunt for a nontoxic air fryer, and I found a glass one<\/a> with decent reviews. (I debated a stainless steel one, but some of the reviews said they still had internal plastic parts and a chemical smell.) It\u2019s SO pretty and I\u2019ll definitely report back.<\/p>\n

Read, watch, listen:<\/h3>\n

Really enjoyed this podcast episode with Dr. Hyman.<\/a> It seems like Dr. Cabral aligns with a lot of his messaging.<\/p>\n

Neighborhood block party! We have amazing neighbors, and this past weekend, we all enjoyed wine and delicious food together.<\/p>\n

My contributions to the feast were a Mediterranean-style pasta salad:<\/p>\n

(Trader Joe\u2019s gf pasta, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, kalamata olives, feta, oregano, lemon juice, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper)<\/p>\n

Brownie-cookie-Oreo bars, and this mixed berry crumble<\/a> (I used gf flour).<\/p>\n

Bodyweight HIIT workout.<\/a><\/p>\n

Fashion and beauty:<\/h3>\n

New RX sunnies<\/a>! I did a Warby Parker home try-on for sunglasses and decided to order the Rhea sunglasses in truffle tortoise<\/a>. I got my last pair of rx sunglasses last-minute at Eye Mart before our Italy and Greece trip, and while they\u2019ve definitely served their purpose, they are so heavy on my face.<\/p>\n

I love Warby Parker\u2019s quality so I have my fingers crossed that these will be lighter and more comfortable. I tend to wear glasses for the first part of the day or if I know I\u2019ll be outside a lot, and love having rx sunglasses for walks, hikes, and swims.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This dress!!<\/a> I mentioned it in last week\u2019s Friday Faves post and didn\u2019t attach a pic. I love that it looks like a La Vie Style House dress at a fraction of the cost. I ordered it in black, too! (Heads up: size down. I\u2019m wearing an XS)<\/p>\n
