How are you? I hope you\u2019re having an amazing morning! We\u2019re at Disneyland today and I can\u2019t wait to ride all of the rides, eat Disney treats, and enjoy some fun memories with my favorite people.<\/p>\n<p>While I won\u2019t be getting in any *official* workouts this week, I\u2019ll definitely be walking 20k steps per day (minus the long drive home). For today\u2019s post, I thought i\u2019d share a little bit about what my workouts have been like lately and how I structure my weeks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"week of workouts.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/yorbestlife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/week-of-workouts.jpg\" alt=\"Week of workouts.\" width=\"599\" height=\"441\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It varies week by week, but here are some of the things I like to include:<\/p>\n<p>3 strength classes \u2013 I\u2019ll mix it up between F45, pure barre Define (my fave right now!), and Fit Team strength workouts (low-impact modifications)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 hot yoga or barre classes (I teach barre every other week and do about 80% of the workout with the class)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 cardio days on the Peloton and\/or Sculpt Society (this link gets you a free trial on the app!)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 days OFF<\/p>\n<h2>Week of workouts<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s what a week might look like:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sunday: OFF<\/p>\n<p>Monday: Hot yoga or power yoga<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday: <a href=\"https:\/\/fitnessista.com\/f45-for-beginners-what-to-expect-at-a-class\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" rel=\"follow noopener noreferrer\">F45 total body<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/gina-harney.mykajabi.com\/join-fit-team\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Fit Team total body<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Wednesday: Peloton or <a href=\"https:\/\/refer.thesculptsociety.com\/Angelina!64d3d6a2ac!a\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Sculpt Society<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Thursday: F45 legs or <a href=\"https:\/\/gina-harney.mykajabi.com\/join-fit-team\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Fit Team legs\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Friday: pure barre (Define or Classic), or Pilates<\/p>\n<p>Saturday: Hike, <a href=\"https:\/\/refer.thesculptsociety.com\/Angelina!64d3d6a2ac!a\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Sculpt Society,<\/a> or off<\/p>\n<p>I also walk Maisey every day (usually 1-2 miles around the neighborhood) or stroll on my walking pad during meetings<\/p>\n<p>You might notice that it\u2019s not a ton of cardio, and not a lot of interval training. I FINALLY feel like I\u2019m in a place where I\u2019m able to push myself a little with cardio again. Cardio releases histamine \u2013 it was a trigger for my eyes- and can also deplete you further when you have autoimmune symptoms. I noticed last year that I couldn\u2019t push myself the way I used to because I\u2019d be sore and exhausted for days. I also got sick twice after very hard workouts, which was unusual for me.<\/p>\n<p>This kind of schedule has enabled me to stay active without overdoing it.
